U.S. Orders For Returns:
Okaydeer offers a 30-day unconditional return policy. Within 30 days since your purchase, Okaydeer will accept your product return and provide a product exchange or a product refund. If you purchased a bundle or set and want to return a tool in the set, please contact us directly at support@okaydeer.com.
To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in good condition and in their original packaging. We regret to inform you that we do not offer prepaid labels for returns. Thus, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
Several types of goods are not returnable, including gift cards, hair care items, accessories, free items, and any item marked as final sale.
How to return:
For defective items exceeding the return policy period, a related warranty policy is applied. Please refer to the warranty policy card in the packaging.
International Orders For Returns:
For international returns, please reach out to us at support@okaydeer.com. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid labels for international orders, so you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, the shipping fee from your original order is non-refundable, as it was paid to the carrier for the delivery service.
Refunds
To ensure a swift refund process, kindly include your name and order number within the return package. Additionally, please share the return tracking code with support@okaydeer.com once the item has been shipped. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping
It's important to note that only products that are confirmed to be in good working condition are eligible for return or exchange. In case of a faulty device, we require you to submit a brief video as evidence to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement. Once our technicians evaluate and confirm the device as defective, there's no need to return it, and we'll proceed with processing a refund or replacement.
Kindly note that the shipping fee on your order is non-refundable as it was paid to the courier when they delivered the package to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged items to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance should be considered.

Limited Warranty&Lifetime Customer Support
The Limited Warranty&Lifetime Customer Support only applies to eligible purchases made directly from Okaydeer Authorized stores, and not to accessories or other consumable items, such as filters or brushes. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.
Okaydeer warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner's Guide, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
What is covered by this warranty?
The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, at Okaydeer's sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced for up to 24 months from the original purchase date.
In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends. In the event a replacement unit of accessory is issued, the same accessory is not replaceable anymore.
Okaydeer reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value. Return freight and reshipment costs (ground freight only) are prepaid by Okaydeer for a warranty claim that meets the eligibility requirements.
Okaydeer' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option, either
repair the Machines; (Replacement parts used in the repair of the Machines may be new, equivalent to new, or refurbished.) or
replace the Machines with new or refurbished Machines (replacement Machines being of the identical model or equivalent functions); or
provide you with a refund of the price, you paid for the Machines (excluding taxes and shipping costs).
What is not covered by this warranty?
Okaydeer does not warrant the functions contained in the Okaydeer machine will meet your requirements.
Okaydeer is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the Machine(s). You are responsible for
(a) proper use of our machine,
(b) routine preventative maintenance, and
(c) following proper machine handling recommendations provided in our instruction manual, quick start guide, and on our website.

If your appliance operates improperly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, contact us for product care and maintenance self-help.

How to initiate a warranty claim
You must email support@okaydeer.com or fill out the warranty form to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the order info as proof of purchase.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERM GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OUR GOODS COME WITH GUARANTEES THAT CAN NOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE LOCAL CONSUMER LAW.
